There's a chance for a wee dollop of wet snow in the forecast for Monday afternoon highlighting what could be a delightful ski day. Currently the surface conditions are fast, firm and technical especially on the un-groomed terrain. Observant and adventurous skiers will be able to discover a little bit of fluff and cream yielding some remarkably sweet turns. Warmer temps and blowing snow over the past couple days allowed ropes to begin dropping and for us to increase the trail count to over 65% open. The groomers were out fairly recently buffing out a wide variety of the greens and blues. A tip of the helmet to the mountain ops crew for working their magic and making our skiing experience much better than it has a right to be. On Monday we’ll be spinning The Single, the Sunnyside Double and the Callie’s Handle Tow with our regular midweek hours. As always, we urge our skiers to please be aware and ski with care.
