The meteorological roller coaster that has been the 2017 ski season continues as we re-open the mountain today after the most recent thaw-freeze cycle. The upside is that we will operate the fabled Single Chair today servicing a few nicely groomed trails that will certainly offer the best skiing surfaces of the day to start. In regard to the un-groomed terrain, its going to be firm for sure but better than one might have imagined up top as the day begins. Hopefully weather reports are correct and surfaces will soften up a bit with warmer temps and some sun time will tell. Exact trail counts and surface conditions are ever-changing so stay tuned for updates. General Stark's Pub will be open for lunch and the other service departments will all be open as well today.
