Join the Naturalist Program and Chef Michael Witzel for beef stew supper at Stark’sPub and cash bar featuring Lawson’s Finest beer, followed by a one-hour moonlit snowshoe trek exploring the nature of the mountain and the night sky. $30 per person includes dinner. Wolaver’s – Mad River Glen Backcountry Challenge! - March 16, 2013, 10:00 AM
This challenge pits you against the backcountry! This is not a race. There are no winners and no losers - only those who finish the course and those who don't. Choose your gear - telemark, snowshoe, or randonee - as you adventure through the rugged terrain of the Green Mountain spine. A raffle of aweso me prizes follows the challenge. Sponsored by Wolaver’s Organic Ales. Entry fee is $15 and lunch is included!
