Shareholders - Since the mountain is closed and not everyone may be planning on attending the Annual Meeting in person we're going to try something new. We hope to be able to utilize a live audio/video stream with slide content via world wide web/internet webex for the Annual Meeting. This is going to be a "pilot" to see if this can work in the future so please be patient, it may not be perfect or even work at all.

Thank you for your post. It did work. We had 7 people participate. We had volunteer help setting it up so we are assessing whether to do for the future. We will let people know when we do.
