The Co-op’s Board of Trustees meet monthly for the most part except during the summer months. The meetings are held on the 3rd floor of the Basebox Lodge and are generally on the 3rd Saturday of each month. During the ski season meetings are held at 5pm. When the ski area is closed meetings are held at 8am.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the meeting will be held via a conference call at 8am on Saturday morning. All shareholders are invited to call 712-770-4598, access code 835095# to participate in the meeting. The agenda includes time at the beginning of the meeting for shareholder comments. During the rest of the meeting we will request shareholders mute their phones and listen to the remainder of the meeting.
