Roasted whole pig locally sourced from the Gaylord Farm served with maple bourbon baked beans, roasted red potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, house-made slaw, two sons bakehouse cornbread and a house salad.
Food will be served from 5-8pm, $30 a plate with a can of Lawson’t Finest Liquids.
Live music by the Paradise Posse (Lowell Thompson, Brett Hughes & friends) from 6-9pm.
