Ryan Hawks Memorial – IFSA National/FWQ2 Competition

Mad River Glen, the birthplace of competitive New England’s big mountain freeride is proud to be hosting it’s first ever two-day IFSA sanctioned event. Come test your mettle on the east coast’s most challenging terrain. This event is open to all ages and is part of The Ski The East Freeride Tour! The competition is named in honor of Ryan Hawks with a goal of raising awareness for the Flyin’ Ryan Foundation. The Ryan Hawks Memorial is also the 3rd stop on the Ski The East Freeride Tour, the East’s original and only all-mountain competition series.

The Ryan Hawks Memorial is a both an IFSA 3 Star Junior National Event and an IFSA Adult Freeskiing World Qualifying 2 Star competition.

Important Registration Information:

• Registration Cost – $60 (Lift tickets are required – Competitor tickets available during registration process at $40/day)
• Competitors  18 & Under and adults wishing to be considered for FWQ Points MUST have an active 2019 IFSA Membership to register for this event. (THE JUNIOR SLOTS FOR THIS EVENT ARE SOLD OUT)
• If you are 18 or under you need to register for the IFSA 3 Star Junior National Event and have an active 2019 IFSA Membership
  If you are over the age of 18 you need to register for the IFSA Adult Freeskiing World Qualifying 2 Star competition.
• The event is limited to 100 competitors. It is a one run event on Saturday. The top 5o competitors will qualify for Sunday’s final.
