SMF – Vermont Institute of Natural Science – Bear Facts Presentation

As spring approaches, black bears will be coming out of hibernation. It is a great time to learn about these amazing mammals.

What do you do if you see a bear in the wild? What do bears eat? Come and see the presentation, The Bear Facts. SMF is hosting this virtual presentation by the Vermont Institute of Science (VINS) on Saturday, March 26 at 2:00. The VINS website states that within this presentation, “we will explore the life history and importance of these mammals in our natural world.”

This presentation will be shown on the third floor of the Mad River Glen Basebox. It is a free event. There is an option of using a Zoom link and watching the presentation remotely.  To sign up, go to starkmountain.org and click on events for the registration link.

Please note: This presentation will not be recorded.
