Attendees: Jamey Wimble, Jim Elkind, Russ Bowen, Pete Ludlow, Andy Dulik, Lars Bruns, Bruce Button,
Geordie Hall, John Stetson

1. Jamey presented the June Financial reports. Comments and discussion as follows:
a. The Basebox is starting the summer schedule 2 weeks earlier than expected.
b. The 2014-15 budget will reflect current workers comp and health insurance costs.

2. When should future FinCom meetings be held? It was the consensus to continue meeting the
Thursday before Board meetings, at 8:00 AM. John and Jamey will make an effort to distribute
the information earlier, particularly when there is additional or unusual information to review.
