Mad River Glen’s Cop-op Shareholder meeting was held this past Saturday. In this day and age this annual rite of spring is unique. What other ski area gathers its community each year to discuss the mountain, make pertinent decisions and set it’s course for the future? Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Cooperative’s Bylaws that the 2019 Annual Meeting of Owners of Mad River Glen Cooperative will be held at 5:00 p.m. on April 6, 2019, at the Basebox, Mad River Glen Ski Area, Fayston, Vermont.
The voting for trustee elections will be by a one page Australian ballot. You may cast your vote by marking, authenticating and returning the absentee ballot enclosed with this Notice (following the instructions printed on the ballot), or you may cast your ballot at the meeting.
