Logging In

We have already loaded all our customer information into the new system so if you’ve ever purchased a season pass or Mad Card, or you’re a Co-op shareholder, you are already in the system. Click on the login button (upper right corner).

 

 

Find Your Account
Search using the most likely email address you would have likely used when placing orders with MRG previously.
If you forgot which email you used, you will not be able to log into your account! Please contact MRG or set up a new account to continue

If your account isn’t coming up keep in mind it might be your spouse’s, kids’ or another address you might use. If it doesn’t come up, no worries, just set up as a “New Guest”

 

 

What are “Guests”?
Every individual skier at MRG is a “guest” in our system. That means you are a “guest”, your spouse is a “guest” and each child is too.  Generally you’ll need to “set” each item you purchase something (pass, kids program, etc…) for a particular “guest”. From the list of guests that come up with that email address, click the name of the person purchasing the passes

 

 

Becoming a New Guest
If you can’t find your account or haven’t logged into our new online store before, click “I forgot my password/I don’t have a password”

 

 

Re-setting Your Password
To re-set your password simply click on  “I forgot my password/I don’t have a password”

You will receive an email with a new password. Either return to the screen you left or follow the link in the email to log in again using this new password.

When you have logged in successfully, you will see your Guest Details. Click Edit to change your password.

Make sure all your details are complete and accurate. To reset your password, enter a new password in the field near the bottom. When you are done, click Save. If anything is missing, red text will indicate what still needs to be filled in.

Now you can click Continue Shopping and start adding items to your cart.

Associating Guests with Passes
Once you have selected a particular item it must be associated to a particular guest. You will find yourself and any other associated “guests” on the lower right of your screen under the heading, “Logged In Guests”. Make sure that each item you purchase is associated to a “guest”.
