How to Upload a Profile Picture

Photos for Season Passes, Stark Mountain Cards, and Mad Money Cards

1. Go to: https://store.madriverglen.com/store/guestlookup.aspx

2. Login using your email and password. If you have multiple family members, be sure to log into the account of the person who purchased the passes. Once you are logged in, you will see your customer details.

a. Scroll down and you should see a button to Upload Photo*. This will allow you to select a
photo from your phone or computer, or take a new photo, and then crop and scale it appropriately. Please use a photo without sunglasses, a hat, etc.

b. If you don’t need to upload any other photos, you can stop here. If you have other family members who need new photos please continue.

3. Above your name click on the Account Button.

4. Then click on your name just above the Log Out button.

5. The next page will have your family members listed under Logged In Guests.

6. Select the name of the family member whose photo you wish to change.

7. Scroll down and you should see a button to Upload Photo. This will allow you to select a photo from your phone or computer, or take a new photo, and then crop and scale it appropriately. Please use a photo without sunglasses, a hat, etc.

8. If you need to upload photos for more family members, go back to Step #4 and repeat.

 

*Safari Browsers may have trouble uploading photos to our website. If you are having trouble uploading your photo and are using the Safari browser, please try again using another web browser 

**If you don’t see the Upload Photo button, you may need to click the red text that says
“Pass/Membership History (click to view)”, then scroll down and you should see the button. Select a
family member – their account information will show up. You can Edit information here and also upload
a photo.
